  We holiday in Aberdeen a few times a year and so go to this McDonald's 2-3 times over a 10 day period. In the last 9 months its gone substantially down hill in so many ways. The disabled toilets were Filthy, i couldn't even let me son wash his hands the sink and taps were so bad. We had 3 orders during this holiday and every single one there was food missing. We had a breakfast order, they missed the melon bags and porridge but fortunately we were eating in store so went straight back up. The second order was lunch. We had takeaway. There should have been a happy meal and 4 burger meal deals. The toy and melon bag was missing from the happy meal and the big arch burger was missing but they managed to get the rest of that meal deal in the bag! Only discovered when we got back to the hotel so my husband had to go back so by the time it was sorted we were eating cold food. No apology. Just a sigh at my husband when he explained we didnt have all the items. The burger alone cost over £8, no one can afford to throw that kind of money away for no reason. Our last day of holiday we decided to give it one more try. We ordered, my husband checked the contents of the bag before leaving as we had already learned the hard way. However the lesson this time was dont trust what is in the box is what it says on the box. The labeled double quarter pounder cheese burger was a sad single thrown together (looked like it had been thrown at a wall first to be honest). We decided to cut our losses despite yet again receiving less food than paid for alas to discover that the whole meal was absolutly stone cold. There was a time that mcdonalds was cheap and cheerful and if on occasion there was a slight blip or the food was a bit cold we shrugged it off because generally it was good value. But the thing is it is no longer budget or cheap food, its not comparable cheap to other places now, its £40 for lunch to feed a family of 5 and then its cold and you are missing the best part of £10 worth of food. This store really needs to pull its socks up. And thats before I mention the manager we witnessed showing vile behaviour towards customers on the evening of 2nd August. Just before 5pm I was standing waiting for an order and the duty manager screamed into the restaurant "table one your going go to have to collect your order from the counter as I just dont have the staff for table service" what a nasty way to communicate this. She was SO aggressive. The manager was literally stood there doing nothing else but thought she would shame the customers at table one for all to hear. She has no idea why a table has chosen table service and its literally an option while ordering. What was even worse was when table one's order was called she looked at the collecting customer rolled her eyes at him and said "table service, really?". What an ignorant, aggressive young manager the store has put in charge. This kind of behaviour was disgusting and horrible to witness so must have been awful for the poor customer. This store needs some pretty serious intervention on various levels

  The food was actually pretty good, especially considering it was around 2am on an early Saturday morning. The restaurant was very quiet, with plenty of staff on shift, which made the state of the dining area even more surprising. The place was an absolute pig stye. I genuinely looked around and could not see ONE surface that I would've been happy sitting at and eating. We paid extra to sit in before realising this and then asked for a bag and left.

  The staff talk to inappropriately at times they treat you like a muppet your food is cold the places dirty and the staff stuff hygiene can be questionable at times
