The guy held my cone the entire time the transaction took place, and it was a hot day, so I was worried it would melt. When I finally got it, it tasted like they'd mixed cool whip or something else in there. I've had plenty over the years, but this was NOT ice cream. It was not cold like ice cream is. My husband's sundae had normal ice cream, though, and WAS cold. It will be a while before we give them another chance. How do you mess up a simple ice cream cone???
