I’ve had several poor experiences at this particular location. The cashiers are always rude, the chicken is always way too greasy. The food is never fresh but I digress. The most recent experience has fixed me for good. I’ll never give these people another hard earned penny. When I pulled up to the drive thru the lady initially asked for my order. As I’m providing my order she begins rushing me, to the point I forget to order a drink for myself. When I pulled up to the window and asked if I could add a drink, she very snidely responded with we don’t add at the window… I’m sorry but what business model is this where someone wants to spend more money at your establishment and your answer is “no”. So you’re rude to me for absolutely no reason and then the kicker is you make me park to wait on not fresh nor correct food???? What on earth. To everyone out there saying then don’t go to this establishment. You’re absolutely correct I will never go back to this restaurant and then I will always make it a point to tell others to not go to this restaurant. Maybe it won’t make a difference but I’ll happily spend my money elsewhere and try to convince others to spare their money and time.

Spent $52 on a 16 piece chicken tender family meal.The chicken tenders were cold rubbery.and the biscuits were soaked in grease and definitely were not baked. They Told me their chicken tenders are never crunchy.They use the original seasoning on them. I've gotten chicken tenders from there before and they were crispy but not these. I called, and they told me to bring the food back and they'd give me fresh food.But at that point I just wanted to refund , and they refused.

The chicken we got was old. Didn't even give us extra crispy like we ordered. Then said they didn't have any. The corn was dry like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Crew lead got an attitude because we asked them to remake the food. Still didn't get extra crispy.
