  What a great place! The employees are genuinely friendly, the management clearly runs a tight ship, and the entire shop is spotless. The service was top-notch from the moment I walked in — quick, attentive, and cheerful even during the busy times. I left feeling satisfied impressed.   Had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The smoothies and food were fresh and really hit the spot, but what made the visit stand out was the service. Hannah went above and beyond—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly right with my order. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Even during a busy time, she kept a great attitude and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely coming back—great service like that makes all the difference!

  Amazing menu! The Buffalo chicken wrap is my favorite. Food was fast and service was great. We had a large order and the manager Hannah was a huge help. We will be back!

  Placed an online order and was at the store within 7 minutes. Order was ready by the time I got there! Lady (who I assumed was the manager) was sitting on computer in lobby, was very helpful and kind. She helped the person in front of me and myself find our orders in the correct pickup location (other lady was picking up for DoorDash). Food was delicious! Staff behind the counter did not acknowledge me while waiting for manager to finish helping DoorDash pickup lady. Overall my experience was good but only due to the manager being so attentive. Not sure how it will be when I go next time. Also, no option to add drive thru pickup on the app, was told I had to come inside. No big deal but hope they fix this in the future!
