  Horrible experience here this morning. Came to the drive through and they said they were only taking mobile orders, which was fine, so I placed a mobile order. Then they told me actually their system was down so they couldn’t process the mobile order. They told me to cancel it but when I went to do that in the app it said they already had my order so I couldn’t cancel it. I told them this and one lady said okay go to the window they will give you the food. Got to the window and he said no, you have to call corporate for a refund. Took me ten minutes to even find a number for corporate because they hide it on the app so well. And guess what corporate said…only the specific restaurant can give you a refund. Insane scam and horrible communication from start to finish! If the system was down why even tell me to place a mobile order and the run around with ppl telling me i could still get the food and they saying no was all such a waste of my time. Horrible customer service all just to make the restaurant some money. Now I’m down $ and points I used as well. DO NOT COME HERE

  Dear Management, I had a deeply disappointing experience. At the drive-thru, I requested a spicy chicken wrap with sauce on the side. Initially, I was told that wasn’t possible, despite having had it accommodated elsewhere. After discussion, a manager agreed they could do it. Yet, after waiting, I received a dried-out wrap, soggy salted fries, and iced tea with a bleach taste—indicating unclean equipment. I had also mentioned that the order would be made fresh. They told me to move forward. I got my food less than a minute. I know the times at all mcdonald's for how long it takes for fresh food times,,This was unacceptable. I will not return unless significant improvements are made to quality and cleanliness. Or maybe I will just return to test the place again and if I find the same thing I will make sure the health department is called. I think I will keep my ice. tea so they can test it

  It's time Luke, Jackie and Angie do something about this. Staff seem to change all the time, and those that are there are downright unsuitable for the role. McDonald's is hospitality and not the prison service, so staff need to be able to articulate English correct to start with and behave themselves too. If you drive through, you might be lucky to have one wrong order. If you wait - you will be lucky if you get your meal in less than 20 minutes. Not the best McDonald's which Muller Management has, but I feel others may be worse.

  First time visiting the store. Ordered online and was able to order something at couldn't be made. After being told to come inside to figure it out, all of the doors were locked 4 hours before closing. After arguing with the one of the works on how to fix the problem, I left with a sour taste in my mouth... On my very first visit
