  My only complaint is the meal deal. If you are going to get the meal deal, understand that they will give you less meat, less vegetables, two tomatoes cut in half, and the bread is smaller in size, not length. This is how they compensate for the discount. Just get what you normally get so you aren’t disappointed and frustrated at the end of your day.

  Absolutely the worst order experience! I ordered a Vito sandwich from the Jimmy John’s mobile app. I pre ordered it really early this morning for delivery at 11:15am at 11:30am I called the store and was told by Fedor my order was waiting on Door Dash to pick it up as the did not have a delivery person in store as they normally do. I didn’t order Door Dash! My order was made at 1100am and sat for 40 min before it was picked up. Sat there and got completely soggy . Awful order experience and awful sandwich too. Please have the head store manager reach out to me please.Your response is ridiculous too! You Certainly did not even respond that the sandwich was inedible and what about a call from your head store manager!

  Fedor and cris were wonderful and deserve everything the company can offer for them! Fast sandwiches and well made!!!!

  Service, is quick, friendly, and efficient, however, the sandwiches are okay, but nothing special.
