  I normally go there some mornings. Today, however, there was a very rude employee. A lady and a man .At first, we ordered two smoothies. While I was driving to the window in the drive-thru, I saw that there was a special promotion: if you buy a smoothie, you can get a free bowl.So I asked the employee if I could still get the two smoothies but also add the bowl because of the promotion. He immediately became upset and said, “But you already asked for two smoothies.”I told him I understood, but I was just asking if it was possible to include the bowl with the promotion. He then told me they didn’t have any bowls. I asked what he meant, and he repeated that they didn’t have any bowls available and maybe they would have them tomorrow.He refused to make the bowl for me. I was already running late, so I didn’t have time to call corporate or make a complaint, but the attitude and service were really bad at this location.was around 8:15 am .

  If I could leave a 0 stars for service I would. Absolutely terrible customer service and customer interaction. I know tropical smoothie was going down hill but wow. Will never come back again

  Stay FAR AWAY if you want to have a good day! This was one of The worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I had an issue with the smoothies because they were not correct, and the owner made me feel like I was at fault and I was an idiot. I told her I would not waste my time coming back through for the correct smoothie if there was not an issue. She very rudely replied, then what are you still doing in my drive-through? Absolutely despicable experience, never giving my business to a tropical smoothie again. Stay away if you want to have a good day!

  Whatever they’re paying Clifton they should multiply it by a million, he’s the best!!!!! Thank you for the delicious smoothies & friendliness, it turned my day around :)

  I walked in and stood there for five minutes without being greeted. Another man walked in and was greeted right away. I am absolutely baffled that there is still racism this bold I'll be calling back to speak to Amanda and if she doesn't handle it right, I'll be getting a hold of corporate. I have never seen anything like this before in my life.
