The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, and it made the entire experience uncomfortable. Restaurants thrive on hospitality, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. I have visited this location many times since it has opened, as it is close to my work, and order the 3 cheese quesadilla with the island green smoothie and cheddar sun chips. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, but based on this experience I will not be returning.

I went through the drive thru and they said I had to come inside okay whatever maybe they are busy. I go inside and both employees are just chilling in the lobby doing absolutely nothing. Will go to smoothie king down the street where they hand me my order out the window.

Staff members inside saw me standing at the door but did not acknowledge or assist me. This was very disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure business hours are honored moving forward.
