I went to the store to order in person and asked for the night shift manager. Instead of listening she immediately denied my experience. When I explained again she actually said “Why should I care?” which is unbelievably unprofessional. When I asked for her name she refused and told me to leave the store. No accountability no apology just pure disrespect from both the employee and the manager. Papa Johns really needs to train their staff and management better.

At the beginning of May I placed a large order , coming to a total $60+. Only for the delivery driver to not even bother to knock on our door to give the pizza in hand. An hour later, the entire order is cold. The only reason I knew the guy delivered the order was because my camera picked up his movement that evening. I called the store so pizzas can be picked up and I could get my money back. I was told by someone claiming to be manager, they will credit me the order (three pizzas) for next time I call. Here I am today trying to redeem by credit only for a “manager” to tell one of his employees to tell me they can only credit me for one pizza. You all just lost my business. I redeemed the (partial) credit but I should have been credited IN FULL. That is truly disappointing. EVERYONE PLEASE GO TO SOMEONE LOCAL! They will for sure take really good care for you.

I live 1 mile from the store. Called to complain to the manager, put on hold twice, and then she talked over me and hung up. As I’m typing this the pizza is still not here. It’s now 20 minutes past the delivery window. Still not here. And they did nothing to compensate me, in fact the manager talked over me yelling and hung up. Now 25 minutes past promised delivery time and over and a half since ordered. I don’t think there even going to deliver it tonight. Gotta go find something to cook for dinner I guess! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
