  Food was great, ordered thru the app so when i got there it was ready and all i had to do was pick it up and leave. It was really fresh and delicious

  Possibly the rudest person I've spoken yo in a long time. I did an online carry out order tonight of 2 bacon cheese sticks. Get home and my first bite I'm pulling brown hair out of my mouth. I dont have brown hair nor does anyone in my home. It's baked in several spots of the entire order. I call around 8pm and just say I just picked up my order and there is a bunch of brown hair...the guy on the phone let out a massive sigh and said what do you want me to do about it just remake it? I tell him politely I'm already home for the night and dont want to go back out. The response was fine I cleared your order and you have a refund and he hung up on me. I paid cash so not sure who got a refund tonight but it wasn't me. The amount of attitude and annoyance from this person was out right insane. I was polite and said maybe 6 words to him so I am not sure why I was made to feel like I suddenly grew brown hair and baked it into the pizza. When I walked in no one said anything to me. I think the person that I told my name to was new maybe because he immediately just got another person...who happened to have shoulder length brown hair. I dont write bad reviews but what in the actual hell. So whomever got my refund I hope you enjoyed your free pizza. Let's just hope there was no hair. *the hair and bacon that came out of my mouth*

  Easily one of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had. I was stuck in the neighboring Starbucks line with my newborn in the car and needed to leave urgently. A delivery driver had their car parked directly in front of a stop sign, blocking anyone from exiting. I called and politely asked the manager if someone could please move the vehicle so I could get my baby home. No one came out. My husband called again, and instead of simply moving the car, the employee—who appeared to be a Caucasian female with multicolored/blonde hair—came outside and started yelling at my window. The time and energy she put into screaming at a new mom with her infant could’ve easily been spent moving the car, which shouldn’t have been parked in front of a stop sign in the first place. Kindness truly isn’t that hard. Her license plate is pictured here.

  EVERY TIME I order from here I get a notification that DoorDash will deliver food…. And they always go to the wrong house. This time when I got the notification I called the store to let them know not to have DoorDash deliver because they get it wrong… guess what? DoorDash delivered it wrong…. Even after I called to warn them. Complete disregard.. guaranteed this goes un-read and disregarded… 3.6 is too high of a rating for this store. 55 dollars for cold, late food. Well done papa John’s…

  On Sunday September 21st night shift I tried to place an order over the phone. The employee could not understand me and then hung up on me. I went to the store to order in person and asked for the night shift manager. Instead of listening she immediately denied my experience. When I explained again she actually said “Why should I care?” which is unbelievably unprofessional. When I asked for her name she refused and told me to leave the store. No accountability no apology just pure disrespect from both the employee and the manager. Papa Johns really needs to train their staff and management better.
