First the food was not located in the rapid pick up area (which was fine), but then she asked for my name and said there wasn't an order in the system. I showed confirmation on my phone about the order and then she proceeds to say with an attitude "Well you didn't say that name" because I originally said the first name to the order. She then scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. Terrible customer service from this employee. All other crew members/employees were nice and attentive. She needs to learn how to have better customer service and be nicer to the customers.
