- DADeshiya Anthony4 days ago1.0I’ve came here twice in 2 weeks and the service was horrible both times. The glaze was not smooth, all of my donuts were different shapes/sizes, and this time it looks like they just threw my donuts in the box. Also, I ordered the St. Patrick’s Day edition and got regular glaze instead. Even if they were out of the special edition, that was not communicated with me. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all. This location is very unprofessional and does not provide a pleasant experience. What a horrible way to represent the Krispy Kreme brand! I’m am highly disappointed and will not be returning any time soon.

They had donuts openly out in the walkway when you walk in the door. It made me sick thinking of eating their donuts when they are out in the open like this. So gross and not clean.

When I asked about why they only have the few different kinds of donuts, I was told that no one had shown up to make them!! Should have gone to Dunkin!!!

We got the brown sugar caramel latte, frozen, and it came out looking like a chocolate milkshake. We were not offered whipped cream or the brown sugar drizzle any of that. They did not have the donut dots. And the Cashier was not friendly at all. also, when I asked about the whipped cream, she said she couldn’t find it.
