So I called the store they nicely said they would replace them and give me two free donuts for inconvenience. So couple days later I went into get the replacements. Something that was suppose to be simple wasn't. The manager I spoke to a couple days prior. Told me she would inform all management and she also took down my information. So I don't understand when I went into get the replacements. Why I was question'd and why the crew member helping me kept saying little comments. Not only that she was rushing me and in doing so I messed up on using some of my rewards. So I lost my rewards/ points. I was using to actually buy more donuts. So I did just go to get replacements. Honestly after that experience.I myself wouldn't go back. I found the crew member that day to be unprofessional.

We walked in and the girl working said they would maybe have fresh ones around 7. My husband mentioned to the cashier that the website says the hotlight would be on at 5 and she responded “oh we had some at like 4, we’re making stuff for an event now.” We left without buying anything. Huge bummer because we were so looking forward to this since we don’t have any Krispy Kreme’s where we are from

Service was efficient and friendly. And of course EVERYONE enjoyed the fresh donuts. Can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme! Growing up in the South, they've always been my favorite!

I drive by nearly daily on my way to work and I haven’t seen the light on in about 5 years. A donut shop that never has their signature donut available for sale, this should be their top priority! I really don’t know how this location stays in business, I won’t waste my time going back to try again! I promptly went across the street and bought donuts from DD instead.
