On Friday 12/10 I purchased 2 breakfast bagels ( the basic, ham , egg, cheese. for takeout. The cashier was friendly, but the girl who brought the food ( thin, glasses ) was not friendly at all for a new business. The bagels were not fresh baked, obviously frozen . I asked for them to be toasted which they were just warmed up . Very little ham, egg for the REDICULOUS price of over $20, INSANE, Food was not worth the high price. I thought I would try them out but will never be back. Try SOHO in Towne Lake, baked from scratch daily , reasonably priced , awesome staff. We will stick with SoHo. I do not recommend Einstein at all. Note, owners do not try to sign me up for rewards as you did with other well deserved bad reviews just so I can spend more money on crappy overpriced food, that's not the solution. You all need to start all over.

Poor customer service/ Unfriendly Staff The building is crazy cold Food is poorly assembled/unsanitary Coffee is filled with grounds When this location opened up RIGHT outside our neighborhood I was so excited. I LOVE bagels so I was looking forward to making this my frequent stop. Unfortunately after the past two visits I'm sad to say I'll probably be waiting a few months till they get their staff better trained or just go back to Dunkin across the street.... My first visit was not great for a few reasons. Bringing my son to check out the new location, we decided to stay for lunch. I ordered two specialty sandwiches and both came out wrong. My son got two extra eggs when we asked for 1 (and got charged the extra too), and my sandwich was completely missing the bacon...even though it's in the title of the sandwich. The avocado on both our sandwiches was so cold that it cooled all the other ingredients. While we ate, we observed the staff either on their phones in the back, not smiling at a single customer/greeting or they forgot to refill the trashcan and people proceeded to put trash on the floor next to where we were eating. Also multiple times I heard customers remarked how freezing it was in the building. My son and I were also very cold. It was expensive and just not a nice environment to be in.... The next time I came, I wanted to use the free bagel and cream cheese option from the rewards I downloaded (Which I had to do on my own to get rewards, you can't sign up in the store which is annoying) But I went to the counter to explain what I'd like to do. The cashier said she could add it to my transaction and put in my phone number. So I started to say my phone number but then was cut off with "are you going to order anything?" Not great...so I ordered a bagel with plain cream cheese. Again, no smile or anything from the employees. I got a decaf coffee as well and when I filled up my cup, coffee grounds were floating all over it. I poured it out and got a new one but when I got home it was the same thing...AND the cream cheese has a TON of random stuff just floating in it. I didn't even put it on my bagel it looked so gross. I wish I could say I love this place but I literally feel like I'm inconveniencing every employee there by ordering food. And the sanitary level already is not great. I hope this location improves so I can try again in the future.
