  Rude service, workers and management, and the 2nd time my drink was made with regular milk when ordered it with oat milk because I can’t drink dairy. Too much $ to be served mystery drinks, and with an attitude??

  The older gentleman that took my order was rude. I was placing a breakfast order for my family. He acted annoyed that I was ordering multiple breakfast sandwiches. He made the comment “Yall sure are hungry aren’t you” We spent $53.80 On top of that we were short two sandwiches. Instead of smart comments let’s make sure the order is correct. Avoid this place if you’re ordering for multiple people

  I have come to this Dunkin on three separate occasions, as it’s on my way to work. Every time I have ordered a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, and every single time it has been handed to me practically un-toasted. If you want a room temperature bagel with all the cream cheese spread on only half of your bagel, come here. It shows nothing but laziness and a lack of attention to detail. Do not come to this Dunkin. Staff was friendly and kind, but the food quality is unacceptable.

  Avoid the Dunkin that’s on hwy 92 in Woodstock Ga next to quick trip and across from Arby’s at all cost!! The older man that was running the drive through at the window today was so rude to my wife! No name tag dark hair man I assume he’s the owner! Well we spend $25 nearly every Sunday there. That will stop now. All we asked for was a cup of water that the lady taking the order missed he started yelling at my wife saying you can’t add items at the window and refused to give us a water at the window. We left went to quick trip and bought bottle of water. My wife was furious so she goes back to tell him how he treats his customers is not right. When she walked back in he smirked and said let me guess 2 cups of water! He’s a complete jerk and if he’s the owner no wonder no one there has great customer service! If he’s not the owner he should be fired for taking to customers that way! No one it seems knows customer service anymore and it’s really sad how there’s no respect anymore for the customer!! Avoid this location at all cost!! I’m telling you, your order will not be right and they will barrage you for trying to spend more money at their store.
