  I was in the drive thru today at 4:45am behind a man in a construction black truck. I could hear him verbally harassing the women who was trying to assist him. I heard him yelling profanties at her. Then he drove off aggressively and proceeded to go into the store. When I saw his behavior escalating, I called the cops to protect the employees.

  I visited the drive-thru around 4:44 AM and unfortunately had a very negative experience. When I ordered a café mocha, the employee taking my order seemed impatient and spoke to me in a rude tone. I asked a clarifying question about the drink options listed on the menu, selected one, and was abruptly told to “pull around.” At the window, a different employee assisted me. She appeared extremely anxious and physically unwell — sweating heavily and behaving in a way that made me uncomfortable about the interaction. After realizing the drink I ordered was essentially hot chocolate with espresso shots, I politely asked if I could cancel and instead order a hot chocolate with two espresso shots. I also asked for the name of the employee who took my order, but she refused to provide it. When I asked for the manager’s name, she closed the window and walked away. I then went inside to reorder. I was told they couldn’t make hot chocolate with espresso, despite confirming they had both hot chocolate and espresso available. I even offered to pay for both items if they could combine them. After going back and forth, they did finally make the drink. However, when I again asked for the manager’s name, I was told the police would be called and that I was being “belligerent,” which I strongly disagree with. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. Given how uncomfortable the situation felt overall, I ultimately threw the drink away because I no longer felt safe consuming anything prepared during that visit. Very disappointing experience, especially so early in the morning when you’d hope for basic courtesy and customer service.
