- SSSarahFeb 23, 20261.0The morning shift manager is ALWAYS rude. In all the years I've frequented this location and she's worked there, I've never seen her smile. She told me the brownie batter donuts were discontinued bc they were a Valentine's only special. I asked if they were just out for the day and she said no, they were gone completely. Funny how I was able to order a half dozen @ the Hwy 92 location minutes later. I'm definitely taking my business to the Eagle Dr. or Hwy 92 location based on her bad attitude and lies.

Outrageous, there should always be someone at the counter. Then waited another 10 minutes for my one large iced coffee w carmel. She then asked me after waiting this long for a very simple drink what I had even gotten as if she had lost the ticket?No reason to take 15 minutes to buy and receive one drink
