Proceeded to tell me it could take up to 40 minutes and that I would need to place a pickup order on my phone. I dont have the dunkin donuts app, and it didnt have the items i was trying to order listed. He wouldnt help or offer my order for free considering the situation. I waited for 10 minutes and after basically being told he couldnt do anything about it, the system finally came on. Some of the worst service I've received at Dunkin. The other Dunkin I visit on 92 has had this issue as well, but everytime their system is down, they comp my order. Which is how you should do business. Ive never left a 1 star review before, but this was absurd, to the point where I will not be going back to this dunkin, and will only go to the one on 92 from now on. As their employees care about the customer. Side note, he also took almost 15 minutes to make my order, which was 1 smoothie and 2 donuts. And he messed up the smoothie and made it the wrong flavor, and when I pointed it out he walked away and threw the wrong smoothie in the trash. He also gave me the wrong flavor of donuts but i had left before i noticed. Absolutely absurd. And after all this, still charged full price. Was very cold and rude while handing me the correct smoothie finally after a 30 minute endeavor.
