  I went up to the drive thru and was met by a girl wiping her nose with her hand. I told her my name. She yells “who?” annoyed. Last time, she handed me a completely different order, and asked me to open it to check the contents. I don’t feel safe regarding their sanitation practices. Update-picture of my husband’s food when he opened it. Mine was fine?

  Undercooked rice and zero concern from staff. You’re better off supporting local Mexican restaurants - better food and better value.

  Staff are fine, not super nice but nice enough. Super rushed even though there was like 3 people in the store total. Had to stop them twice in their tracks since they were going so fast and were going to put stuff in without asking, etc. They also scraped the bad, hard rice at the bottom instead of refilling it and also kinda skimped out on it anyways. Both wife and I couldn't finish our food. I just wish we could have enjoyed our food more. Wife also reminded me that whenever we go go to this location its that way. We dont go to it often and we eat chipotle so often I wouldn't have remembered otherwise.

  Poor customer service and unacceptable food quality. My drive-thru order required circling the line three times and was delivered 25 minutes late due to “cooking the carne asada.” When I finally received the food, the meat was cold, rubbery, and extremely chewy—nearly inedible and difficult to swallow. The rest of the order was also cold and tasted poor. This reflects a clear decline in ingredient quality, consistent with other reviews and with my own experience. This was my third consecutive bad experience (two at this location). Chipotle is no longer what it once was, remains overpriced, and appears to have lost focus on quality and customer care.
