They tried saying they didn’t have enough people, but the whole time I waited, they didn’t get a single customer and I was literally watching someone just wipe down the same area the whole entire time even though she could see me waiting by the window. Will not be back.

I’ve noticed this Chipotle’s employees don’t great you when you come in and you stand there waiting till they finally decide to take your order. The icing on the cake for this visit was the manager yelling at her employees while the customers sat there awkwardly watching. If you live in Towne Lake just go to the Chipotle on 92, it’s MUCH better!

All the lemonades were empty, they were out of black beans, the pinto beans had a layer of something red and crusty growing on them. They skimped me on meat and overloaded me on rice. Then when it’s time to pay the system is down and we have to wait 15 mins watching our food get cold on the counter because they couldn’t accept money right then.
