  My food (fries) was cold. I asked the cook to give me another hot order, he refused, then asked manager, she refused. She said because my number had been called she could not give me any hot ones. Please don't patronize this establishment. They are hateful to customers.

  The wings are decent. The service is a lot better when the older Asian lady isn’t there.

  One of these few places that I never regret being a regular. With a variety of cheesesteaks to choose from, no doubt you'll find the one for you. Pepperoni/Chicken teriyaki cheesesteak for life! Customer service is alright as well, no discrepancies has occurred at all during my countless visits. Doesn't fail to satisfy my cravings as I shop at a market this location is at.

  I recently visited the Charleys located inside the Walmart in Woodstock, GA, and the experience was unfortunately not a good one. We ordered boneless wings and fries. The food itself was average, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. When we asked for ranch, we were told there would be an extra charge. For a basic dipping sauce that is typically included with wings, it felt unnecessary and came across as nickel-and-diming. After visiting, I went back to look at the reviews for this location, and I noticed there are already several complaints about customer service. I normally check reviews ahead of time, but this time I didn’t — that’s on me. However, now I can clearly see why others have had similar experiences.
