  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Bdubs the food came out hot and fresh, and the service was next level!!! What really made my visit stand out was the exceptional customer service from an employee named Jamar ! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine energy and made me feel taken care of the whole time e checked on my order consistently without being overbearing, made great recommendations on sauces, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell he takes pride in his job bery professional, friendly, and quick. It honestly felt like VIP treatment. the wings were cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy, The joint was clean, and the overall vibe was great. If you’re thinking about stopping by, I definitely recommend it and if you get the chance, ask for jamar he turned a good meal into a great experience !!

  I had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to Jamar he was super nice patient and made sure everything was perfect he checked on us often and had the best attitude the food was good but his service made it even better I would definitely come back just because of him!!

  Been coming here since they opened in February and have been met with nothing but the sweetest kindest staff especially the shift manager Isabelle. She is truly a gem to the Buffalo staff. Food has been great and always seasoned to perfection. If youre looking for a quick pick me up in Towne Lake Bww to go is the spot for you. 10/10 will continue to come here.

  This place is too greedy they make you pay for every sauce. There’s not a single other restaurant I’ve been to in my life that does that they always supply at least one then charge .50 cents for each additional one. This place gives you no sauce then has the nerve to charge $1.00 a piece for them. There’s workers are great but the greed of the company is sickening. I’ve been a longtime customer and have probably spent 1000’s here but I doubt I’ll be back after learning this.

  Do not eat here! Do not even order from here! We decided to order DoorDash last night and wings sounded good. I have always been a Buffalo Wild Wings and was so excited when this location opened up! They’ve messed up our order a few times but I was patient with them and I’ve always loved their food. My husband wanted to do Wingstop however I convinced him to go with Buffalo wild wings instead…. Against his better judgment he agreed. We then went through five Dashers with each sitting at the store for well over 15 minutes. no communication from the store, dashers or DoorDash (which is another issue) as to what was going on and why we were going through so many Dashers as we had tipped $15 which was excessive for the amount of mileage from the store to our house. We had waited over an hour and a half trying, (to be patient and understanding as it was late on a Saturday night) to each of the companies and Dashers, however nothing was done and no one reached out to us. We finally then reached out to DoorDash and got still no answers, but finally got a refund and someone ( I believe buffalos) then canceled our order. (Side note we then ordered papa John’s which got there in 30mins no issues) We tried reaching out to Buffalo and got no answer. Literally tried calling the store 10 times and no answer. Figured, ok maybe they’re just super busy. Tried calling multiple times again today just to try and see what happened last night to no avail. I’m done. This location has lost a life long Buffalo Wild Wings fan bc they chose to ignore a paying customer. Wingstop… here we come.
