Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea® and all the classic Southern fixin’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All your favorites are only a tap away with the Bojangles app, whether you’re craving chicken tenders, a chicken biscuit or a family meal with a whole lot of everything for everyone.
I placed a togo order on their app 26 minutes before I got to the restaurant and I still had to wait almost 15 minutes for my chicken. I asked the young lady at the window how long it would be. She was extremely rude and told me she didn't know, but they were cooking the chicken. Great customer service you guys have. I only go to town Lake to get fast food because the food's always hot and the service is always good, but I will never go to that Bojangles again all the little kids in there are rude Disrespectful and their is no urgency.

They are so unbelievably rude !!! When i pulled up they turned the lights off acting as if they were closed and then proceeded to come on the intercom and say they closed in 5 minutes in which they actually closed in 15 minutes and proceeded to say they didn’t have any chicken and they weren’t going to make any!! They should really consider hiring new employees because the level on rudeness was completely uncalled for !!

I guess you’re not actually welcome to come in and eat at the restaurant despite their dining room’s open hours.
On December 24, 2025, at 6:15 AM, I arrived to do just that. Before leaving I confirmed on their website that they’d be open. It said they’d be open starting at 6:00 AM. When I arrived the door was locked.
While I stood there reviewing the store hours posted at the door to make sure there wasn’t a mistake, including dine in hours, a lady inside finally ambled over to unlock it.
She looked at me through the glass door and appeared grumpy, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt.
She unlocked the door and it appeared with a hesitation as if she was just going to walk away without pushing it open from her side to let me in. She ultimately did push it open.
I grab the door to enter. She turns around and starts walking away without saying anything. I start to step inside and I say “good morning.” And she completely ignored me!
So I never managed to step fully inside and just left. Like I said, I guess this restaurant doesn’t want customers.
I’m so sick of people working at restaurants making you feel completely unwelcome and like you have to apologize for daring to be paying customers.
