Had to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to make and put it together. 2nd time - they gave me lemonade when I ordered sweet tea. 3rd time - they gave me mash potatoes without gravy. This time (4th) - gave me mixed chicken when I ordered all dark. I've should've learned my lesson by now to check every part of my order to make sure it's all correct.

- TRThomas RDec 27, 20251.0I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. I ordered ahead on the app and get my food 10 minutes after it is supposed to be ready. Multiple people come in after I have ordered and order their food and receive it before I get mine. I don't have a complicated order. Always slow service and whats the point of ordering ahead on the app? Then there's no in charge supposedly and the only person is the GM who wont be in until Monday. that response just feels like the typical response and if I went there Monday they would just tell me to come back another day and just get the run around.

One man was disputing with the girl behind the counter because his order was all wrong. One man requested a refund because he was simply tired of waiting for his 2 piece chicken, (no telling how long these people have been there before we came in) The restaurant was disgusting, the floor was visibly dirty with literal trash, food, stickiness from whatever had been spilt. Not one table towards the front was wiped while we had to sit while we waited. Looks like the workers were easily sidetracked by getting orders made in a timely manor, because from what I could see, there was 3 people running that whole restaurant. Food was delicious, but the restaurant and workers need some TLC!!!!
