- GPGabby Pinzon1 day ago1.0Never go to Dunkin. Today just reaffirmed why. We ordered an iced cappuccino and an iced protein banana latte. Before our order even came out, we watched them mess up another customer’s order. Then ours came out, and it was immediately obvious that the drink was not the protein banana latte we ordered. The label didn’t mention protein at all, and it had cold foam on it, which I was pretty sure it wasn’t supposed to have. I asked the shift manager, “Is this the iced banana protein latte?” She said yes. I asked again, “But is it the protein one?” She responded, “You wanted protein milk.” I said yes, that’s what we ordered. She took the drink to the back, came back a minute later, and it was very clear that nothing had actually been changed—they had just removed the labels and handed it back to us. Worst experience. Terrible customer service and no effort to fix the mistake. Definitely never going back

- TSTaylor S.6 days ago1.0The SLOWEST Dunkin in the area. I live right here and I go out of my way to the new one on Eagle Drive. You will wait in line for 10-15 minutes. They make you wait to take ur order until they finish with giving the other two in front so their timer looks good. Please someone higher than a shift manager do something about this. It’s ridiculous!

We were told to wait one second to than wait 10 minutes before someone replied we thought whatever and tried to order but guess what they were apparently out of every type of ice cream except some random few flavors. This is garbage service and garbage management don’t know how the reviews are high.
