I need a handle on a bag. this woman was the GM MAGGIE!!! but I will never come back here again and that is McDonald’s or Wendy’s behavior not Chick-fil-a!!!! I would like to be contacted. She said she was reducing waste, lady my order gonna be on the FLOOR and it will be wasted…… then she offered me a cup holder ??? For ONE DRINK. How DARE you say no when I’m explaining i am disabled and my hands dont work. She rudely walked away from me and i finally elevated my voice and the entire restaurant heard me say “I’m disabled i need a bag” and she finally gave me one, bro it’s a $.12 damn bag. I hope you NEVER had to admit to a whole restaurant at the ripe age of 30 your hands don’t work and you are PHYSICALLY DISABLED. 0/10 never been treated like this ANYWHERE

The filet was way smaller than the bun, the chicken was dry, rubbery, and tough. Chick Fil A’s sandwiches used to be so good, but I don’t see me going back here any time soon. Three stars because everyone that works there is incredibly nice.
