  Compré dos ensaladas de pollo una para llevar y otro para comer en el lugar y la lechuga estaban hechadas a perder, amargas y oscura. La peor experiencia que me he llevado 🥹

  I messed up my own order and Cam help me out fixing it with no problems, Cam Is the man 🙌🏼 Y’all gotta make this guy employee of the month or soon to be supervisor or a general manager 🙌🏼

  I’ve been to LOTS of chic fil a restaurants all over Georgia… mostly during busy lunch rush. This one was shocking the moment I walked in the door. Plenty of empty tables but they were all filthy, the floor around them filthy, and nobody was out cleaning the dining areas. Good thing I carry my own Clorox wipes! Next the service was bad. They were obviously understaffed or under trained - our order came out wrong and with no condiments. There weren’t even condiments / straws at the self serve stand. Food quality was meh - some of my families nuggets were over cooked and some undercooked (still pink in the middle). I get this is a busy location and time of day… but I’ve never seen a chic fil a do it this poorly.

  The food is good and they're always friendly. So it's not their fault that the manager is ordering cheap supplies. I ordered food for family- about 5-6 folks, so the order was large, and mostly hot. By the time I got home (which is only 7 or 8 minutes away- the lid to my iced coffee was popped completely off so coffee was spilled all over inside the bag. (I put all the food and drinks *Drinks in a 2 spot holder* inside an Insulated reusable tote bag to keep food warm/cold) about half the coffee was still left so I dealt with that. But when I went to lift out the large paper bag they had put EIGHT biscuits in (along with sides) everything fell thru the bottom and all the rest of my food got completely covered in coffee. It was a nightmare and had to throw the bag out, that I bought. My family and I had to go thru every biscuit and open with sweet iced coffee all over everything. Obviously our hands were sticky and the sides were just thrown out from being soaked in coffee. By the time we cleaned up & had to put all the food on plates instead of eating out of the wrappers like we wanted (the whole point of take-out is not to have to dirty your own dishes) all our food was cold & hard. Some even saying they tasted the coffee on their food. I felt horrible & knew I took no sharp turns and drove slow - so it wasn't from my driving. The plastic cups they're using for iced coffees are extremely thin & flimsy. Please order better ones! & the drink holders are useless - again, please order better ones! *If you have a large order or even a small one with very hot items including heavy biscuits- please double bag and put in a plastic bag, too!
