  I had called asking about if they had an item coming to store because me and my friend had seen it on Facebook called the tiger taco. Us being the explorers we are we figured let’s give it a shot, so we call and get a VERY angry manager and rude and disgusting employees when we asked the so called “manager” was extremely rude and claimed we were playing on her line and then one of the employees stated there’s a big black tiger waiting for you to come get. Then they threatened to call the cops on us for ASKING A QUESTION and said they have our numbers on file and the cops would show up at our door, mind you we asked a question. We felt very violated uncomfortable. DO NOT GO HERE VERY RUDE DISGUSTING AND SO OUT OF LINE

  I should have looked at the reviews.. ugh, one thing I hate is ordering this over priced food and my chalupa is hard as a rock bro, its hard to eat but im doing it cause it costs almost $7 and for those prices I'll just go get authentic Mexican food from now on

  I came to pick up my food and they were making it right then. I heard a blonde hair lady complain about me customizing my food. And she knew we were there too. Sorry but I think that is my food that I'm paying for. I can make it how I like it. You're in the wrong business if you don't like making custom food.

  went to go pick up my food I ordered and an older white lady or trans person working there was loudly complaining about my order and the customizations. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE.

  Whoever was working the drive thru was rude. All we did was order a large fry and that was it. We got the fries and they were cold. Also in the past when I ordered food ahead of time and had gotten it, it was horrible. The quesadillas were not melted. I would pick it up and all the cheese shreds were falling out with the tortilla opening up with ease since it was barely melted. The crunch wrap that was ordered as well was burnt (not brown burnt, like black burnt), and the fries had no seasoning (no exaggerating). This is why I have to go to the Bethlehem location if I want Taco Bell since this location is disappointing and its employees are rude. They have done nothing to change or better it.
