Very unprofessional service on his (the gm’s) behalf, ignoring a simple question; the least he could’ve said was, “No.” Instead we’ve gotten a look of dumbfoundedness before he returned back to his orders, haha. 🙂↔️

Either the employees get my order wrong, or they are short staffed, which means you wait for 20+ minutes for a sandwhich you ordered ahead of time because you're on the go. Also, I have noticed a trend of this location closing early lately. I placed on order tonight, October 19, 2025, which I did not receive my food or a refund as the store was closed an hour early. When I arrived, the employee told me I could cancel the order on the app, which is not true, and that they were unable to process my refund since the manager does not allow that. There was another man in the store, who was not an employee as well. I will not be coming back to this location in the future nor trusting the online ordering or store hours. I will be coming by tomorrow to speak with the manager about getting my money back.
