  Honestly I would skip thid establishment in Winder. GA. The food is always an after thought to whomever is making it, the drive thru attendant makes you feel as if your interrupting her day, and even though this place is always empty you have to wait to give your order and wait to get your tasteless cold food. It's really in need of management that cares about this locations appearance, food quality, And customer service..

  Horribly slow. Don’t think ordering ahead will do anything for you. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes now for a drink I ordered.

  The staff here were extremely rude. I came in for food on March 3rd 2026 at 8:40pm. I was trying to explain i was here for a pickup through the app but the person on the speaker of the stall was being extremely rude. He was being sassy and treating me like i was stupid for letting him know that i was there since “you’ve already checked in you really don’t need to do that” in a very judgy tone. The person who brought out my food was perfect. Not very overly friendly but he was not not rude at all. My main issue was the person talking on the speaker, i’m guessing it was the manager just because of the sass in the voice. I don’t think a regular employee would be acting so rude. I’ve not come here in years but i didn’t think the customer service would be so bad. Next time explain things in a way that’s not belittling and maybe try and sound like you don’t hate everything around you!!! It’s not that hard i promise ;)
