  WORST LOCATION EVER! Nobody makes the food right or even checks to make sure everything is there or put on the food correctly. Because of YOUR INCOMPETENCE, I had to throw away the food I ordered from you through Uber eats as you gave me something I took off of my food that I was allergic to. HOW DO YOU NOT READ THE RECEIPT?!?!?!?! Management should be fired along with every employee there today. if I hadn't noticed, I would be in the hospital with anaphylaxis! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

  Staff is always so nice even early in the morning. My order is always right and my coffee always tastes so good. So much love to them especially the morning crew🙏🏼

  Placed a mobile order and the drive thru was wrapped around which cool it happens.. finally get to window and the girl at the window says “2 donuts” I say no as I’m trying to talk to her she closes the window on me. Opens it back up and says “well what do you have” I told her I had a mobile order and give her my name and tell her I have a frozen coffee and an iced coffee” she then just stares at me and closes the window on me again. Comes back yet again to tell Me I didn’t have a frozen coffee I show her my phone that I did have one and paid for it and then she goes “ oh you had a mobile order” I said Yes! She then closes the window again! Comes back with my frozen and then hands me another frozen and I said no the 2nd drink was a medium iced coffee she gets annoyed rolls her eyes and shuts the window again.. like this is ridiculous I’m a regular at dunkin and always try and be patient because Ive worked the service industry before but this was just to much no “im sorry” they were just so rude and the whole time I had cars behind me honking and she would scream “stop honking” I get it that everyone has off days but no apologies nothing. Like I was bothering her for just wanting what I ordered and paid for.
