I went to chipotle around 9:50 to order me a burrito and go to add topping and am told they don’t have shredded cheese by girl making my food and then another girl tells her to grab it from back so seemed like laziness! I’m not even person to leave reviews but i was disappointed! I waited to check out for multiple minutes just being looked at by other employees when i was only customer at that moment ! One girl finally takes my order (seemed to be in charge) i got side of queso and chips and chips are stale completely but i will say food it self is good!

I leave this not with bittnerness, but just a from an Ex Chipotle worker and huge fan. This is a new location and they are doing their best, but often times the line employees have been slow and confused when I’m trying to order my food. Today was the first time I did Chipotlane, and they barely filled the queso I paid an extra 3 dollars for. Picture shown below. I’d love to use the drive through but I don’t trust that they will actually do double chicken or fill up my queso. Hopping that they see this and try to make this right, I’ll keep going and hopefully I can leave a better review as they improve! Lots of growth ahead

Today I visited the new Chipotle location in Winder, GA and unfortunately the service did not meet the expectations I had for a brand-new restaurant. While being served, the young man with long hair gave such a small portion that I had to ask for more. That was fine — things happen. However, the situation at the register was extremely unprofessional. The woman checking me out yelled across the room asking another employee, “Did he ask for extra rice?” When the young lady didn’t answer immediately, she walked over to her while she was still serving a customer and repeated the question loudly two more times so everyone could hear it. She embarrassed the young woman, who visibly turned red and looked uncomfortable. I don’t know if Nikala is the manager, but her behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No employee should be spoken to that way in front of customers. This young woman needs proper training on how to address her staff respectfully. ( we went around 8:15p just in case the owner of this franchise would like to pull the names of the staff who was working)

This chipotle isn't ready to be open. They need a lot more training. They were out of items. I got very little barbacoa beef in my bowl because the tongs were too hot for her to handle and there was very little in the container. Their lettuce was brown and when I asked for a little of the hot salsa she poured a full spoonful on it. The manager wanted to redo it but at that point there were 10 people waiting behind us so I took what they made and fixed it at home. I'll wait a few months before I try them again. Hopefully they improve.

I went the night of their opening. Once I walked in and got in line you could tell the employees were stressed and one just looked completely lost. There was 5-6 ppl in front of me. In total I believe i was in line for roughly 10-15 mins before it was my turn. From watching the orders before me, I could see they were running out of food as they kept going to the pickup window to get food needed. They had 1 guy cooking and 2 ladies on the indoor food bar. I asked how had the first day been and was told they only got 5 days of training and sadly it showed. It didn't appear they had enough staff scheduled for the night shift. Employees were cleaning food off the bar while wearing the same gloves they wore to prepare ppls food even one putting their hand in one of the buckets of food to pull out dropped food. Because of all this i made my order as simple as possible just to be in/out quickly. I'll go back in some time to give them time to adjust and fix things. If unsuccessful, I'll continue going to Loganville's location.
