  Have been here at least 6-7 times since they’ve opened. We have NEVER had issues with portions sizes, I’m sure it depends on who is making your bowl. Only 1 time they were out of veggies but they were making them and I only waited a few extra minutes. The car drive through line has been very fast, it’s not a true drive through so you must order on the app. Every once in a while the tables aren’t getting cleaned, but I’ve never been to a chipotle anywhere that really excelled at this. We have been extremely satisfied with the flavors and seasonings. The parking situation is not good and will only get worse with the townhomes and apartments going up nearby. Not sure what the thinking was there.

  It doesn’t matter the location of the Chipotle it’s the same situation. I went to this new Chipotle today hoping for a different experience because I actually do like their food however my experience is always bad with the person prepping your food. While waiting for me to place the remainder of my order the server brushed white rice from the counter into the white rice bowl. That’s disgusting because I just ordered white rice for my kids I don’t know how many times she brushed the white rice from the counter into the rice bowl prior to me arriving and ordering. If something falls on the counter it’s garbage you don’t proceed to serve it to others.

  For a $10+ burrito bowl, the portion size was disappointing and poor value. When I asked for a slightly larger portion, the employee responded rudely, made facial expressions, and insisted on charging extra. The overall customer service experience needs serious improvement
