  Not sure what's up with the reviews on this place, but they loaded my bowl UP. Portions sizes and customer service are both extraordinary.

  A chipotle about twice a week. I usually eat at the Loganville location because this location is so new. This is the third time I’ve been here AND, I don’t plan on coming back. The food is not nearly as good. The presentation is terrible, the place is dirty to be so new, and the staff seems to be very undisciplined. Seems to be no leadership at all. Hopefully this gets corrected because you are a lot closer to me than Loganville.

  The food was excellent probably the best Chipotle food we’ve had in awhile. But what soured the experience was really the customer service or the lack of customer service I should say. When we walked in the staff did not acknowledge us at all despite no one being at the counter. We stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged as the team walked around laughing and have personal conversations. I walked up further down the line because maybe they didn’t notice. The young lady looked at me as if I was interrupting. After sharing the reason for my visit another young lady went to get our food and tossed it to us on the counter and said “Here you go”. I asked her if I could have two vinaigrette and she said nothing. Went over to the cooler rolling her eyes put it in the bag and then pushed it further, turned around and walked off. With this being a newly built location I was hoping for better service but maybe that part is still under construction.

  Brand new store. Terrible customer service, portions are awful, food is not hot, order was wrong. Instead of trying to get open sooner and squeeze an extra buck, train your people properly. Pathetic that 2 half full wrongly made bowls cost $25. WITH NO DRINKS!

  This location is fairly new but it definitely needs help. The staff seem unbothered by everything and the food quality is quite lower compared to others such as the one in Oakwood or the ones in Buford. This one doesn’t seem to have great management and could use better people ordering inventory. 12/23/25 I waited 20 mins in line before being helped and they were out of black beans, fajitas, and chicken. Major downside.
