  They say you never truly appreciate something until it’s gone… and last night, I learned that the hard way. As the evening settled over Athens last night, a craving hit—Chipotle. I stopped by, full of anticipation, already imagining the perfect bowl waiting for me at home. But when I finally opened it… my heart dropped. It was a tragedy. Barely filled, lifeless, a sad excuse for what should have been a masterpiece. In that moment, regret washed over me. Bethlehem. How could I forget? The bowls there—always overflowing, always fresh, served with speed and kindness. A place that never disappoints. Athens gave me disappointment. Bethlehem gives excellence. Five stars for Bethlehem, no question. Athens… two stars, and that’s me being generous.

  Ordered for the “chipotle lane” pick up because my kids were asleep so this was more convenient for me. My order was over $5 minimum needed to get the “welcome! Free guac” ($5 minimum) when you sign up, but when I asked about it in the drive thru it was mentioned that I needed to come into the store and purchase something inside in order for them to redeem it. It made no sense for me, it wasn’t that big of a deal, but definitely something that should be mentioned on the app/website in case you have kids who are asleep so unloading the entire car just for that isn’t worth it. My burrito was good, as well as adding their new lime sauce to it.

  I ordered through DoorDash my driver got there to be told my food was already picked up. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. What was a 18 DOLLOR order turned into a 27 dollor ordered due to DoorDash and they were no help I can’t even cancel it and DoorDash keep picking it up the lack of customer service is insane. I’ve been eating chipotle for YEARSSSS. And not sure I will anymore after this I work in a restaurant you should always DO YOUR JOB. And look at the dashers phone to make sure it is the correct order. If you don’t want to do your job that’s fine. But now I’m still hungry and out 27 bucks because someone LAZYYYYYY.

  We come here everyday as a family and they know us by name. Excellent location. Great people and great customer service.

  These folks charge me extra and didn’t even ask me hat a rip off I’m tired of fast good
