On more than one occasion, I’ve picked up cold pizza here — which is bad enough considering hot, fresh pizza is literally the bare minimum you expect when you order from a pizza place. But today, when I asked for garlic sauce with my three pizzas, I was handed just one. When I questioned it, I practically had to beg for another cup, only to be told that if I wanted more, they’d cost me $0.91 each. Are you serious? Almost a dollar for a tiny little cup of garlic sauce? On an order of three pizzas? That’s beyond stingy — it’s insulting. Even Papa himself must be hurting if this is the level of “customer service” and “value” being offered now. You’d think they were handing out gold instead of sauce. Cold food, nickel-and-diming loyal customers, and acting like they’re doing us a favor just for ordering — what a shameful way to run a business. This place has gone downhill, and if they keep treating people this way, they’re going to lose customers faster than they can charge for dipping cups.
