I really appreciate the staff being kind and energetic and bringing out orders to cars in this cold weather.

But when I went and told them I needed a refund because I had to get back to work they noticed I fell through the cracks. Not a big deal. Fast food can be fast paced. They tried to make my meal but I told them don’t worry about it. I just want a refund because I won’t have time to eat it. The manager came out and got my meal made and gave me a refund. She told me she doesn’t want anyone coming to her Wendy’s and leaving mad and hungry. I’ve worked in food service so I get it. Great service. Danny was great taking my order and the staff was legitimately concerned that I didn’t get my order.
