  There was no coustomer service you ordered urself then they just put all the orders on the counter didnt call numbers two customers ahead of me there orders was messed up one guy wasn't told until after he waited for a while they didn't have what he ordered anymore. They ran him in circles about it. Very unorganized. And it wasnt even busy and there was about 5 people working.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. We stopped on 1.11.26 around 6. They were not busy. The 2 counter girls were not very happy to be there. No greeting, couldn't answer basic questions about the drinks. Instead of speaking, we got shoulder shrugs and head nods. On top of that, I ordered a hot medium caramel macchiato and they gave me an iced... then had an attitude when making it correctly and refused to refund the 19 cent difference. If they had been pleasant I wouldn't have cared about the overcharging. Still didn't make the hot one correctly ...

  Every time I come here to get a dunkalatte, they fill it leaving an inch or more of room at the top. If I’m paying for a drink, I expect it to be full. This isn’t a one time thing, this happens every time. Disappointing.

  Just remind the person handling your donuts to change gloves if they are also touching the cash register. YAYYYY they finally got to where we can tip when paying ... THANK 🙏🏽 YOU FOR LISTENING 🎧 TO THE CUSTOMERS DUNKIN
