No greeting, couldn't answer basic questions about the drinks. Instead of speaking, we got shoulder shrugs and head nods. On top of that, I ordered a hot medium caramel macchiato and they gave me an iced... then had an attitude when making it correctly and refused to refund the 19 cent difference. If they had been pleasant I wouldn't have cared about the overcharging. Still didn't make the hot one correctly ...
