- BWBlake WrightDec 25, 20251.0Me and my family on Christmas Day stopped by because both signs said they were open and we saw employees inside. We sat at drive through menu far too long with cars behind us with no response. So I decided to pull to the window. Employee walked past a dozen times but never acknowledged us. Finally the manager ( with attitude) shouted through the closed window we’re closed. I told her that a common courtesy would be to turn off open signs or to at least post a note on drive through that we’re closed. She looked at me like I was stupid and said we can’t! Then walked off! My wife told the cars behind us they were closed at this point. But new cars had lined up by the time we left. Ridiculous ! The lack of courtesy and common sense shown by the staff was above and beyond that day. I realize it’s Christmas and they may have had issues but a simple note on the menu board would have solved all the ( customer) problems.
