  I went to this location and asked for one dozen strawberry donuts. The drive thru representative advise me the donuts were cooked in the morning and they did not have enough.(ultimately not fresh)I wanted the donuts fresh. She also advised me they do not cook donuts fresh during the day. This was about 5:00 PM. I called back up to the store to speak with a manager. I was advised there was no manager on duty. This is so unacceptable my family and I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but we will not return to this location ever.

  Unfortunately, the orders are consistently wrong. I had to get it corrected before leaving the store. I left assuming my other two drinks were correct. They were entirely wrong. All three tasted very bad and they just were not the right drinks. We called to see what we could do about it and an employee hung up on us when we asked if we could speak to a manager. Her answer was, “No”, then she hung up. Would not recommend going to the store.

  The last 2x I've been here, the food isn't done, the tea is old and the employees are NOT very friendly. There will not be a 3rd visit for me. I will venture to the one on Epps Bridge Rd

  Passive aggressive + condescending behavior from the staff. No idea why. I have been here a few times and they pretend that every question they’re asked is stupid for some reason? They are old enough to know how to socialize better than that.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at this location. The staff was rude, and the level of service was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, neither of which I received. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not have a similar experience.
