"Sorry we are out of the ice cream to make that". I'm done with them. I'll just stop at a location closer to Atlanta when I have a hunch for ice cream. Bruster's is about 10mins away if you like Bruster's and live in the area. I personally prefer Baskins but not this one.

I was watching while the male worker smushed the cone in the cup so hard it crushed the cone. Went back in and explained what he did, got another cone, and left. No opps, sorry lady, nothing. But then, he knew what he was doing. He had to feel the cone break while he did it.

They all seem lost, they are unwilling to accommodate, recommend, give you the things you need with your purchase. Then become very argumentative. On more than one occasion now. We just do not like this place. All the money we spend on things for the schools, and our kids, we feel this is not a place we will support.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
