  NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I had a disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on Hog Mountain Road in Watkinsville (a 90-mile drive for me one way to support a project). I initially stopped in to request receipt reprints for company credit card reconciliation, and the staff was helpful. However, after misplacing those receipts, I returned two weeks later to apologetically request another set. This simple request was met with unnecessary attitude from a staff member who loudly pointed out they had already helped me before. The interaction became escalated (too much to convey here), then uncomfortable and unprofessional, even after I calmly explained the situation. When the manager got involved, I was told the receipts would be ready later that day. I returned the following Monday, only to be met with a noticeably cold reception. To make matters worse, my food order was handed to me in a careless and dismissive manner. Customer service should be consistent and respectful, regardless of the situation. While I understand my mistake in losing the receipts, the response I received made a simple request far more frustrating than it needed to be. I hope management addresses these service issues moving forward. Perhaps some additional customer service training and less group think. Sadly, one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.

  This Dunkin is by far the best one in the area!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful, creating an overall positive and wonderful experience! Shout out to Jadon, Leanne, Magayla, and Micah for being such amazing workers and making my day each time I come!

  I went to this location and asked for one dozen strawberry donuts. The drive thru representative advise me the donuts were cooked in the morning and they did not have enough.(ultimately not fresh)I wanted the donuts fresh. She also advised me they do not cook donuts fresh during the day. This was about 5:00 PM. I called back up to the store to speak with a manager. I was advised there was no manager on duty. This is so unacceptable my family and I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but we will not return to this location ever.

  Unfortunately, the orders are consistently wrong. I had to get it corrected before leaving the store. I left assuming my other two drinks were correct. They were entirely wrong. All three tasted very bad and they just were not the right drinks. We called to see what we could do about it and an employee hung up on us when we asked if we could speak to a manager. Her answer was, “No”, then she hung up. Would not recommend going to the store.
