    Went there at 11:30 am on 4/30/2026 via drive thru. I was very disappointed with my order. The fries were cold and tasted old, the nuggets were cold, the crispy chicken sandwich was cold.I will never purchase from that Wendy's again....

    Disgusting i’ve been trying to call nobody is answering the phone. I went to pick up lunch for my husband while he was at work. He showed me a picture of some hair on his burger. He took the pic of the hair off his burger. I would post a picture, but it was on the Double baconator and besides that they left out something in my order that I had to get out and go to the drive-through window and remind them what I had my total was $16. Y’all should have my order complete and exceptional.

    I had a bad experience at Wendy’s around 2 PM on Sunday. After paying, I waited outside for 15 minutes with no update, only to find my food had been sitting there the whole time. When I asked about it, the young manager in the gray shirt gave me a nasty attitude instead of helping. This isn’t even the first time this same male employee has acted like this. Customer service here seriously needs improvement—no one should be treated like that just for asking about their order.
