  Spent $6 on two refreshers that taste just like water. Dont taste no type of fruit or anything.Also cashier at drive thru looks like she hates her job

  Don’t understand the mobile order stalls if they don’t bring out anything. It’s 10 AM which means y’all are slow, I sat at the mobile stall for over 9 minutes while every new car through the drivethru ordered, got their food, and left. I ended up having to go through the drive-through to get my mobile order

  Service was terrible. My order was wrong. It had to be corrected AFTER it was corrected. I hate to say this but it's was just a bunch of kids (employees) hanging out.

  I will never go to this restaurant again! I don't usually eat fast food anyway but I was in a hurry because I was at lunch from work. As I was placing my order the girl that was taking my order was laughing and cutting up through the speaker with somebody else. As soon as I pulled up to the drive-thru window an employee was standing right next to the door which attaches to the window smoking a cigarette. In uniform. I ordered the number one Smashburger with no cheese, I said that twice, but I wanted everything else on the burger. I drive all the way home and pull out a box that is soggy like this Burger's been in here for a while (the 3rd picture is the bottom of the bag before I took the Soggy box out. The grease had soaked through the box and the bag!). The burger looks like somebody drunk put it together it's all over the place. I was supposed to get two burgers with all the trimmings except for cheese and I ended up with a triple Burger that is nothing but meat and cheese, three slices of cheese! I am so livid right now but I do not have time to run back up there to get this corrected, I just won't go back. The girl that took my car just stuck her head out said the amount I gave her the card just handed it back, no addressing me because she was too busy cutting up with the girls behind her. This was not a case of them just giving me the wrong order, I was the only customer in the parking lot. There was nobody behind me at all.
