I use the mobile ordering since it's easier for me. Service is fine when I do. (absolutely love the ones on skates) But I will state that I've order the same drink every time and EVERY time it is completely different. Not sure how a cranberry lemonade equals Sprite with light cranberry flavor. Then, the next time it's made with the weakest soda mixture that it may as well be sparkling water with the memory of Sprite. I've only tasted the actual correct drink a singular time of the multiple times ordering. At least make sure your soda mixtures are decent and not giving us a whiff of flavor in an already wrong drink.

It's Sunday at 3:00 PM. I ordered a cherry slushie & a strawberry slushie on the mobile app at 2:41 PM. I parked in a mobile pickup spot and checked in. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I got out, went to a window, and tried to get someone's attention for 5 minutes or so with no luck. I then tried to call the phone number listed on Google which appears to be disconnected. I waited five more minutes & just left. Horrible experience!!!!

I would honestly give less than a 1 star if I could. We waited around for about 30-40 minutes for 8 shakes/ice creams. Half of the staff was sitting outside eating. Couldn’t even bring out slushies to other members in our group. 10/10 would not go to this location again. Incredibly disappointing. Ended up leaving and disputing the charges. Would definitely tell management we won’t be returning until new staff is arranged.

I waited 20 minutes just to order. There were 2 other cars here and I find it extremely frustrating to wait that long when there’s almost no one else around. Please do something about this.

I was at Sonic an hour. We waited 10+ minutes after the button was pressed before somebody answered the intercom. They made Several mistakes during the order itself and it took 20+ minutes for the food to come out. They forgot 4 drinks, an applesauce, sauce for the peppers, and a banana milkshake. We pressed the button and nobody answered, waited 10 minutes. I went to the door to ask about the drinks and they stayed they'd rather I stay there so they don't have to walk through the rain again. After all this when I went to take a bite of my hot dog it was soaking wet. Disgusting. Don't go here.
