  I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a serious incident at the McDonald’s located at 123 Russell Parkway in Warner Robins, GA. On March 27th 2026 at around 3:30 my daughter and several of her friends, all minors, were subjected to inappropriate and unprofessional conduct while at this location. An individual identified as the manager’s mother, who is not an employee, was involved in a verbal altercation and used inappropriate language toward the children. When the situation should have been corrected, the acting manager instead said “those kids need to shut up,” failing to de-escalate and allowing the behavior to continue. This raises significant concerns regarding supervision, professionalism, and the involvement of non-employees in customer interactions. The presence of a non-employee engaging with and verbally addressing minors is especially concerning. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the owner/operator or area supervisor for investigation and that appropriate action be taken. I would also like confirmation of follow-up and how this situation will be addressed moving forward. Thank you.

  Two biggest complaints: 1. People need to learn how to use the double drive thru. You arent suppose to skip the line and block the tiny parking lot they already have, and then make traffic backup. I know this isnt on McDonald's, its the customers, but ive been to some locations where they have poles anchored into the ground, so people physical cant "skip" the line, and they actually have to wait and then pick if they want to go to lane 1 or 2. I think this location would greatly benefit from those poles. 2. I understand, depending on time, they are busy, but I shouldn't have to wait 30-45 minutes to get my food. I always order on on the app, doesn't matter if I place for pickup in drive thru, in store, or curb side, im going to be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes.

  I usually cook ,but. today I wanted a Frappe and Sausage biscuit. Big Mistake! Just because it's a Tornado Watch is no reason to serve hard sandwiches. My sandwich was so hard you could play baseball with it. You sure this was not left over from yesterday. Ridiculous!!

  I ask the manager a question and she was very unprofessional she didn't have a name tag because I would say her name. We also waited 10 minutes before someone took our order.

  They neve4 get the order right. I had to park from the drive thru and wait 32 minutes for my food. I finally went inside to get it. No apology ir reason given.
