Can barely hear them over the music they are playing. Other customers are complaining also. After finely hearing a number after mine get called I go up to check ad am told they called the number but we didn't come get it so they left it on a shelf in back with pickup orders to get cold. I voice they need to speak up and am met with y'all need to listen better. Not extremely busy maybe 5 groups in there. I tired to keep my cool and not make a scene but the more I thought about it the more it irritated me.

A small burger and the smallest order of fries was over $20. No drink. That is absurd. The burger wasn't even big. And very average as well. There is many burgers in town that are better. I did my order online and was not greeted or anything when I came in. Anyway they have been there a while so they are doing something right., but they don't have to worry about me going back.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
