Arrived on time for my pickup order, nobody in line, and they weren't ready. Fine, I dont mind waiting. But then they dont address you, and once they do, they are incredibly rude. When the order was done, the man went "pepperoni pizza?" My husband couldn't understand. He said it again. My husband said, "Yes, I had a pepperoni pizza." This was the employees' way of asking if this was our order, instead of saying the name on the order. If you can't speak clear English, dont look at us stupid because we can't understand you. We are very understanding and patient with you, trying to understand you, yet you look at us like we're in the wrong. I have now been sick all day the next day. I only ate that sandwich yesterday and have yet to eat anything today. The sandwich was not worth the sickness, nor the rude interactions.
