  The manager, Cedric, I think was his name, was incredible after an awful experience at another MCD earlier the same day as this visit. His smiling face, friendly greeting, his apology for someone else's mistake at a different location, and very fast service was top tier!

  I went inside to order on Thursday February 26, 2026 around 9:00 pm. My 10 piece nugget was undercooked and greasy, my Big Mac had no cheese and no pickle. Instead of doing their job and making sure the order was cooked properly the employees were more concerned joking around, dancing, and singing Beyonce. I'll be in tomorrow to speak personally to a manager because there was no getting a hold of a manager on the phone due to the number just saying nobody could answer when I just called it. The place was operating as if there was no night time manager or there needs to be a new night time manager. Next time I'll just go to Cookout.

  I don’t know what this store got going on but they need to figure it out. Why did I go here in the afternoon and there’s literally one car in the drive thru. I pull up and am there for a good minute or two no greeting no acknowledgment nothing. I’ve worked drive thrus. It’s rude to just yell out hello ??? But I’d been there a minute and I know for a fact there are multiple people in there with headsets ? I say hello ? After atleast a minute or two of silence and a girl with a snippy tone says “I’ll be with you a minute.” Almost as if you could’ve said that the moment I pulled up. No apology nothing just an attitude. I pulled off and left. I guess order point times dont matter at this store. Not only am I suppose to wait longer with one car in your drive thru but then deal with some girls attitude ? I think not. Save your time, save your money. Go somewhere that actually greets you and doesn’t ignore you and then act as you’re inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job.

  I recently visited this McDonald’s location and was very disappointed with the customer service experience. The drive-thru staff displayed poor attitudes and lacked basic professionalism. I understand fast-food environments can be busy, but that should not come at the expense of courtesy and respect toward customers. Positive customer service is a reflection of management and workplace standards, so I hope this location can work on improving staff professionalism and overall service quality.

  These people will park you and forget you there all because they try to keep their drive thru time moving. I ordered cookies and they parked me literally for 10 minutes. Within them 10 minutes, they kept coming to my car trying to bring me somebody else's food. I asked for a refund and left!
