    This has long been my favorite location during lunch hours. Unfortunately something has really changed here in the last month or so. Today was my 3rd order in a row wrong. The friendly faces have disappeared and now it's just different.

    This is the worse McDonald's in Warner robins. It's at least 30 mins every time I go. Corporate really needs to visit this place.

    After over a one year of never visiting this McDonalds due to them sending me to a parking space and forgetting about me, once again they tell me and several vehicles to pull around front for a $13.45 order just to forget about me again and leave me out here in the front of the building for 25 minutes serving everybody else again. The absolute worst McDonald's in the world! Totally vindicates me about why I said I'll never visit that place ever again. So much for trying to give them a second chance. See ya!!! This McDonald's does not care about the customers whatsoever.

    I went to go pick up a meal and the second i get to the speaker i hear a loud scream through the speaker. Then waiting for them to take my order i can hear them telling one of the girls to mute her mic and laughing. terrible service i shouldve got a refund. the food was also freezing cold, when i drove up to the windows both had crowds of workers just talking and acting a fool. i get at work sometimes you want to laugh and talk but customers come first. this was a horrible experience.
