Ms. Denise and her team always makes us feel at home from the moment my family and I walk though the doors. The food is spectacular every bite makes me Spontaneously stomp my right foot because it’s on point with mamas cook. Plus, THE WING ARE THE BEST IN TOWN, not these shriveled up no sauce have wings you fine every where else. Our experience here was perfect and we now come once a week. Come check out for yourself. Loved my experience at Charlie’s. Absolutely loved!!!!

Horrible customer service. The girl at the front counter made my mobile order drinks wrong and refused to remake them. She said the lemonade and fruit is a premium drink so she can’t remake it. My receipt clearly stated what I wanted and she refused to remake me drink. Whenever the older black lady with the Cadillac isn’t here, this store runs HORRIBLY

I placed an online order last night in the Charley's app and I was the last person to walk in at 8:55pm to pick up my order prior to the store closing at 9pm. By the time I got home at 9:57pm last night, I saw in my bag that they did not put my fries in my bag that I paid for through the Charley's Cheesteak app. I came back by this restaurant today about 10 minutes ago and I make the staff aware that I hadn't received my fries that I paid for last night. I am told by a caucasian female with brown hair (staff member) that they can do nothing about that but that they will call the manager. The same staff member comes back and states that the manager said to call back the next day to talk to her about it. I advised to her that I work 12 hour shifts and get off work at 6pm in another city, therefore the manager will not be there when I get off. The staff member stated yes, she will be gone by then. Prior to this staff member calling the manager, she stated that I could have called the store and spoke to someone since the staff is still there until about 10pm after closing at 9pm. There is absolutely no way for any customer to know that staff is still in the store if the website says that the store is closed at 9pm. Mind you, I got home at 9:57pm. I walked into the store to pick up my order at 8:55pm. So the store had long since been closed by the time I looked into my bag.
All in all, it is completely unacceptable to tell a customer who paid for an item that was not included in their order that they can not have anything done about it. All I asked was to receive my order of fries that I had already paid for. That's it. I actually was going to place another order to go with the fries as I'm having just got off of work at this present time. The entire ordeal was respectable and no harsh words were thrown, however, the way in which it is handled is not okay, with no resolution offered. I certainly hope the manager sees this.
