She made our visit delightful, which I don't take for granted in today's climate where the art of customer service has been all but lost. Need to pack every employee up and take them to booth road and learn how to do it right! Lazy employees that do not pay attention or keep up!

I have encountered him 3 times visiting this location and every time has been the same superb service. Sharon took my order, she was nice, and professional. I was so proud of her for encouraging her team member to focus on the orders vs a phone call with her best friend. I am so exhausted with cell phones taking priority to customer service. When Ms. Sharon reminded the young lady of that AND modeled that service in front of her, she became a five star crew member in my book. Thanks Mr. Gilbert and Ms. Sharon for a wonderful experience.
