They took forever to even take my order in the drive thru. Then I waited almost 20 min for my food. If it takes that long you should at least get the order right. Nope I was missing an entire meal. Sandwich and potato cakes. Very poor service.

There’s no way this how food is being served!!? My husband ordered for me but if I was there definitely would have handed that food right back! That meat is old! The bread is old! Why serve it! That is ridiculous. Arby’s you have people working at your establishment and don’t care

Ordered two meals, the roast beef on both meals was dried out with a rancid smell, red onions so old they smelt like gym socks. Reported them to local health department and filed a complaint with corporate. The level of disregard for health and basic food prep and handling standards are clearly not there. The owners and managers need to really get this place together. Find some employees that take pride in there work.
