  I placed a family order online, they sent a family size pan of undercooked rice (literally threw the whole thing away and had to make my own rice), and no tortilla wraps at all. It was a really bad experience and I will never be back. It's so sad because I was so excited to have them

  Stop hiring little kids to work in fast food !! Off rip the place was beautiful and I love that they put a chipotle near my house but the workers are terrible and act like they don’t wanna be there !! The brown skin girl with short hair that worked on 4/23 around 3pm acted like it was a problem making my bowl !! I asked for extras and sides and she had a complete attitude for every request and side I asked for . I apologize for asking for too much but I SHOULDNT HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR YOU DOING YOUR JOB . That’s completely unacceptable!! COMPLETELY . The cashier was nice but the food preparer was absolutely rude . Then not only that there was a food item on the line that was UNDERCOOKED !! I asked for bell peppers and they were no where near sautéed they were just cut up with black pepper !! The onions were still riped and barely touched lol!! So I honestly give this chipotle a 3/10 i thought Watson was bad … this one gave half done .. LITERALLY !! Atl would NEVER !! And please get rid of that girl before she fights with one of the customers for “asking for too much”

  Crazy! This is easily the most unorganized Chipotle I’ve ever visited. The workflow is incredibly inefficient; instead of a smooth assembly line, the staff seems scattered, causing the line to crawl. ​Management seriously needs to retrain the team on basic station management. One person should be dedicated to each section to keep orders moving!! Until the flow of work improves, I’d recommend avoiding this location. You will expect to wait 30+mins for Chipotle. Haha

  Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready to pick up at 8:10. I waited in the drive thru pick up line for 45 minutes and my food had not even been made and it was 9:15. So I gave up, went to chick Fil A, Ordered, waited through the line, got my food, and the chipotle line across the street FOR ONLINE PICKUP hadn’t even budged since I left. I wish I could give zero stars because I’ve never seen a restaurant managed so poorly in the 40 years I’ve walked this earth. God himself could never get me to set foot in another chipotle.

  When we walked in from the side, we had to go round to the front counter. There were people there that were waiting on their orders. They were out of rice and waiting for some to be prepared. The counter itself was dirty. Had food on it and employees just standing around waiting on the rice. When I placed my order after the rice came up the steak that they had on the line was dried out and they were using it. It was almost an empty tray. I asked him if they had something fresher which they got from the back. When they finally finished making my order up and I went to the register to pay, I was informed that they were out of chips. And that they weren’t making anymore today. This was during the dinner rush before 6pm. After hearing that and with everything else going on, we decided we did not want to eat here and left.
