    I'm not one to really complain but I'm not surprised this location has 3 stars. I love chipotle and this location makes it less than desirable. Staff is lazy and rude. Repeatedly running out of all protein options. Food is obviously reheated from night before and not fresh. Gross. Inconsistent portion amounts and you have to pay attention to your receipts or you'll get charged extra by accident. This location is the probably the worst in the nation. Hopefully the new location on 96 doesn't follow suite. I am disgusted and will never visit this location again. Thanks for ruining a simple burrito.

    This is the 2nd time in a year that I have visited this location to see if anything has changed. NOPE! It’s still not clean (dirty tables), 4-5 employees, and had a very limited selection of items that looked “old”. We didn’t order anything and neither did the lady ahead of us.

    Steak was on the grill before I got there. I asked how long the wait was and was told 5 minutes… 10 minutes later, the steak was still on the grill and had not been touched. 15 minutes later, steak was finally picked up and it was burnt. I overheard the worker say she didn’t want to talk to the prep guy because he had “attitude”.

    The previous reviews of this chipotle do not represent the current state. We arrived on a thursday at 8:30 and despite the line it moved quick and the workers were polite. They were out of sour cream and there was a delay on the white rice but that is expected at the end of the day. The restaurant was nice except all four trash cans were overflowing and one bathroom was out of service. Overall the 3.1 stars this chipotle currently has does not do it justice and it is much better as of april 2026.
