  Apparently we can’t count at this store. Didn’t give me an entire sandwich or fry and also the drinks were flat. Called store said yup we forgot take it up with door dash. Had to contact support to get my money back. This is just terrible service.

  Food is good. Customer service is trash. We ordered medium meals and when we got our food, one drink was bigger than the other. So I asked “ hey, we ordered mediums, is this ours or is one a small ? “ and the girl, yelled at me and said, she gave me a large and a medium. I said oh okay, I was just asking and she said “ does it matter? You already paid for it so what’s the problem “ I then said there is no problem. Just wanted to make sure we got the correct order and not someone else’s. She then slammed the door on our faces and walked away. We didn’t receive all our food so we sat there trying to get her attention and she refused to come to the window. When she finally came back she practically threw our food at us. the customer service with these girls are horrible!!!!!

  I have called checkers for hours all yesterday and this morning no answer, I placed an order at the wrong store and needed it refunded still no call back left 2 vms no call back nothing. Since I haven't gotten a response back I've posted it here under warner robins too cause I need to know how to get my money back
