Had an issue last Saturday. Ordered online with no issue. Got to the restaurant to pick up my food and drinks, bag was taped shut with sticker and receipt. I immediately noticed my daughter’s drink was wrong as it was light and should have been coke, but the other two drinks looked like coke. The girl behind the counter, Jamaya, was rude and unfriendly from the second that I entered the location. She had went to hand me the drinks, which about spilled on me, and led her to cuss at me, which me and the customer behind me heard clearly. I noticed the drink was wrong, swapped it out with no problem, assuming the other two dark drinks were correct. There was three boxes which looked correct in the bag so I assumed our food was correct as well. Outward appearances made me believe this . Although she was rude, it wasn’t the best experience, and I was cussed, I was going to just let it go until I got home and realized my entire order was wrong. They gave us two chicken sandwiches, instead of our two cheesesteaks, and my daughter did get chicken for her meal, but her fries were seasoned and spicy. Not sure what seasoning was on them but she wouldn’t eat them. Also, our two drinks were both diet! I put in a complaint on the website as I am doing now and was contacted by the GM… She started the phone conversation hasty with a nasty attitude, but was ultimately seemingly going to help, so I overlooked her lack of professionalism and lack of customer service, and she stated she would replace the entire order, told me the cussing was unacceptable, and she would deal with it. She was much more concerned with the fact I’d left a bad review and stated at least 5-6 times that next time I need not to leave a bad review and just contact her directly as that makes them look bad, then she was a remedy. I hadn’t though, as I simply had put in a complaint on the website. She was NOT friendly nor compassionate in any way. Not life altering, so whatever. I called today to see about my replacement order, just to give a heads up that I would be coming in, as Carmen (GM) told me to. She was again hasty and rude on our call. I proceed to go in store and it gets even worse from there! The first person I spoke with (young male with blonde locks) greeted me well enough and was okay. He went to get Carmen, and she was 100% more rude than Jamaya initially was. - is this how you all do business?? She wanted to argue with me over my order, asked me 3 times to repeat what I had, then proceeded to tell me that she’d replace my two sandwiches. I declined as I literally only want the correct items that I initially paid for. I am very well seasoned in customer service and dispute resolution, and this is beyond terrible! I would FIRE her, effective immediately! HOW IN THE WORLD is she a GM??! I legitimately would like to know. This is the most rude restaurant staff and worst experience I have had in the almost 4 years of living in Warner Robins! Absolutely terrible! We love Charley’s, and used to eat it often, but we will not return to this location. Horrible customer service and lack of care will sink a business quick!
